Story behind Africa Seedling Alliance .

Africa Seedling Alliance was born from a simple yet powerful idea: that one seed can change the future. Across Africa, deforestation and climate change threaten ecosystems, livelihoods, and generations to come. We saw an urgent need to act—not just by planting trees, but by creating a movement that empowers communities to restore balance to nature.

What started as a small initiative to provide seedlings has grown into a continent-wide alliance dedicated to greening Africa. We work hand-in-hand with local communities, equipping them with resources, knowledge, and innovative solutions to plant and nurture resilient forests. Every tree we plant is a promise—a promise of cleaner air, richer soil, thriving biodiversity,  sustainable livelihoods and a greener Africa.
